Free birth-to-3 evaluations

If you are interested in getting your birth-to-3 year old evaluated, contact your county Department of Health:

• You are responsible for applying sunscreen and bug repellent to your child's skin before school each day.
• If your child stays for after care, one application of sunscreen will be applied to your child after nap each day we plan to go outside.
• Sunscreen must be provided by you and labeled with your child's name.
• Please complete the permission slip for us to apply sunscreen on your behalf, and sign the form to indicate you have read and understand this policy.
